We recently purchased a newer home in Fruita, CO. Apache Home Inspections did our pre-closing inspection. They did a very thorough job inspecting outside and inside, giving us an extensive, very detailed report with pictures and explanations that was easily understood by all parties of anything that needed attention or was defective. They were very professional, knowledgeable that made our closing much smoother and less stressful for both Buyers and Sellers and gave us a peace of mind we would never have had.
